HENSOMASTIK® 5 KS Farbe and HENSOMASTIK® 5 KS viskos are water-based, ablative, fire-protection coatings to create joint seals to EI 90 in ceilings with a joint width of up to 100 mm max. and membranes to EI 240 in floors with a joint width of 75 mm max. Indoor and outdoor applications between concrete, reinforced concrete, cellular concrete, lime sandstone and brickwork. Exterior applications.

Water-impermeable in accordance with DIN 1048
Oil and petrol resistant
Weatherproof / UV resistant in accordance with DIN 53 384
Ageing resistant, mechanically stable
Flexible when dry even when thick layers have been applied
Temperature resistant to -40 °C when completely dry
